Forum:
Stay connected with the community, pose questions and replies that pertain to topics that you are interested in. If you are looking for an answer, you have the support of other members to guide you and find the answers you need. As a visitor, you can take a look at our Forum and see the various topics and discussions that are taking place; however to get full access, posting questions and comments, you need to register. A great resources for finding out information quickly. Check in with all the Premium members and see what topics they are talking about. While the Forum is a great way to follow many different conversations and topics, you can use the Chat Room to pose questions and find answers instantly. And you can be sure that the information you find will be credible, as the Chat feature is only open to Premium members.
Live 1-on-1 Conferences:
Schedule an appointment with one of our qualified and enthusiastic teachers online. We have the experience and the knowledge to answer your questions regardless of the topic of your language ability. You will be given 3 half-hour sessions per month with our Gold Package, and you make the appointments based on your schedule. Whether you need help with a specific topic, or you are just looking to practice your German, our Conferences allow you to meet with a teacher in an interactive and dynamic environment, giving you a very realistic and authentic experience.
Customer Support:
If you have any questions regarding the tools and resources we provide, we can help you set it up and troubleshoot any time. Most of the time we are available on the Forum and in the Chat Room; however if you cannot find someone to help you there, we can always be reached by email and can usually respond to your questions the same day.
