Scheduling Lessons:

Students are responsible for scheduling their own appointments through our onsite class scheduler. Connect2German may issue notifications to students, reminding them to book lessons for a given week or that
they have forgotten to book lessons. It is, however, up to the student to ensure that they have scheduled the classes that they have purchased. Instructors will notify the student upon booking (whether 1 lesson or
multiple lessons), verying the day(s) and time(s).

Schedules:

Students are to schedule lessons according to the details of they plan they purchased. Example: Students
purchasing lessons that meet twice a week may have lessons twice within a 7 day period. Students may not
schedule 3 or more times for that week under this example, and they may not schedule 1 class for week A and
move the 2nd class of that week over to week B.

As a tip, those that have purchased on of our plans that include multiple sessions, we recommend that you book your classes all at one time, ensuring that your lesson is always on the same day(s) of the week at the same time(s).

Missed Lessons:

As students are responsible for scheduling their own lessons, missed classes without correspondance from
student to instructor – or without contacting Connect2German – will NOT be made up. You must contact your
intstructor or Connect2German if there are complications with your schedule AT LEAST 2 days prior to the day
you normally have class.

Make-ups:

Connect2German does not recommend making up classes, as it tends to complicate not only the students’ schedule

but also that of the instructor. Your instructor will prefer a regular day and time each week and may not be
able to accommodate make-up lessons, depending on their schedule. That is why we recommend booking your classes all at one time, ensuring that your lesson is always on the same day(s) of the week at the same
time(s).

We do, however, realize that unexpected things come up from time to time, and as a result Connect2German will accommodate students by allowing 1 and only 1 make-up per course. The day and time of the make-up lesson is up to the discretion of the instructor, as it fits into their schedule. If you have to reschedule, we ask that you be understanding and respect this, being flexibile with their schedule.

Pay As you Go customers only:

“Pay As You Go” customers are eligible to schedule any individual classes they have paid for within 30 days of confirmation of payment. Scheduling a class more than 30 days after confirmation of payment will not be allowed, and it will be considered a “missed” class. Occasionally students may be reminded that their class is expiring soon; however it is the students’ responsibility to schedule classes for which they have paid.
